that I no longer use the Running Springs Haley in my system. If you like the PEs all I can say is try a PE-IV. I just received mine a couple weeks ago and after the usual break in the noise floor is even lower than with the previous PE configuration I was using (3 on my A/V circuit and 2 more on other circuits in the house).
