Re: Fraud

AFAIK the fraud issue arises when a product is proven to not work. That is entirely different from cases when (1) the manufacturer doesn't provide an explanation for HOW the product works or (2) the explanation provided turns out later to be incorrect.

Are you planning to sue Bayer because they don't provide an explanation for why aspirin works? Some/many products, including audio-related ones, are developed by trial and error, and may have no explanation.
