Hi and thanks/yes the 220 are still in situ... Ive been bypassing for over 40 years usually using 1 percent ratio, I even use silver Mica or polystyrene to finish the bypass.
Somewhere in my past I remember picking up some advice about being carefull and its something to do with phase angle and impedance that comes into the equation....
I only spotted the substition (and then remembered I had done this) when I was looking at adding the spare stillpoints cloth to the amplifier.I already bypass the Shottkies and stealths with snubber caps and was looking at shielding the bridges.
