Thanks for the reply.I don't quite understand why granite won't work. Wouldn't that be a very good base? I do see some racks with granite shelves so I thought that might be a good way to go.
I'm wanting to try the MF platform to try and get the most out of what I have. I've tried BDR cones. I've upgraded the powercords to Shunyata Venoms. I've upgraded interconnects to VDH "The Well". I'm trying to keep these tweaks on the budget side because my gear is not high quality.
For reference, I have:
- Sonus Faber Concertino Domus speakers
- SimAudio Moon I-3 integrated
- NAD T753 receiver
- Jolida JD-100a CD player with ElectroHarmonix low noise tubes
- Arcam CD73T CD player
- Plateau modular A/V rackDo you think my I-3, Jolida, and possibly the NAD will benefit from being placed on the MF platform or any other platform?
