First, the fuse is not an absolute limting factor, a FAST blow fuse can teake several seconds to blow whe presented with a 200% overload, while it can handle many times it's rated current for fractions of a second.Consider that a slow blow fuse will pass even more current for longer.
So trying work backwards from the fuse as a limit is not going to provide much in the way of a true limit. The fuase will blow on a SUSTAINED overload of sufficient current, if typical, it could sustain the rated 6.3 amps for hours, or even indefinitely if the ambiebnt temperature was not that great. It might take a sustained 10 amps to blow within a few minutes, or perhaps as long as a half hour.
