I wouldn't think that the full scale output of the 910 and 960 is any greater than the Red Book standard of 2 volts RMS. And if your autoformer's being overloaded with just 2 volts, I'd look at getting something of better quality assuming the one you have now isn't broke or wired up wrong.Do you have the manuals for the 910 and 960? If so, do the specs give the full scale output for the players?
