Daruma 3-II isolation - How to align top & bottom pieces

Hi ,

Just trying out the Daruma 3-II isolation device.
And i cannot get the top and bottom pieces aligned properly.
The top piece should be the one with the dome-profile , and the bottom pieces is the flat-surface, makes it all the more difficult

Can someone share how did you get them aligned ?

Should the 3 supports be placed as wide a triangle as is possible ?
Or is there some methodology to finding an optimal positioning of the 3 supports under the player ?
