This thing isn't a resistor. The amperage ratings and voltage ratings are separate things for a connector. You shouldn't exceed either rating.You just couldn't get maximum current AND maximum voltage simultaneously. These things are always in series with a load (like your amp or whatever). The only way for the connector to draw a huge current AND have all the line voltage across it would be for the load to be a dead short, and that should cause your circuit breaker to trip.
So treat the ratings as separate things and don't calculate the total power rating as max current * max voltage. To reiterate, it isn't a resistor.
