Since these are bypass caps, any old thing that has a lower ESR will be an improvement. You might be able to get away with leaving the existing 10uF in place and try some .01uF ceramics tied right across the op amp power pins.Since the expected ripple should be very low and these are not in the signal path anyways there will be extremely small to non existent benefit to worrying about using ultra linear capacitors in this application, but looking for low noise won't hurt anything.
