The ExactPower EP15A power regulator is NOT a full AC regenerator. It only restores the tops of the AC waveform via subcycle regulation.Any attempt at restoring full cycle AC delivery is a good step at reducing AC generated distortions, BUT there is only one way to regenerate the AC waveform accurately and that is with AC regeneration.
Balanced Power is also a viable option and one I highly recommend as it provides a high level of AC noise reduction BUT it does not correct for AC waveform distortions.
Here is a link that explains the benefits of balanced AC power.
