I did a similar thing with my 100K ohm input tube amps. I enclosed a single .01 Teflon cap in series with the RCA plus input on each amp. I used a small project box with a RCA female on the in side and a male on the output. Don't forget to run a straight wire from ground to ground on each connector. The .01 ufd cap at that input impedance equals approximately 100 hz cut off at 6 db per octave
