Look for a lower-Voltage motor-run (NOT motor-START) cap. They're metallized 'propylenes...

...in oil and generally sound very good. The round cans have a better sound-quality reputation than the ovals, I know not why.

I'd then bypass that with an MultiCap RTX ('styrene) cap.
