regardless of you project, the corners will be the worst offenders. Then there is the "slap echo" from opposing walls which also contribute a specific tone or tuning to each acoustic space. You might benefit from industrial type acoustic blankets that may (or may not) have grommet hanger options. In a project I just recently completed, we obtained very happy results with about 20% coverage. You might hang an acoustic mat on both walls as they come to the corner.
