I've got two of these things. One is dead. Any idea who I can take it to for service?Also, one has the stock power supply, the other has the upgraded power supply.
I'd also like to ask if you experience what I do with this DAC: Cold it sounds horrible in some way that I've never been able to define. Bad enough to where you think something is seriously wrong with it. But when it warms up in a few hours, the sound character changes to remarkably good--much better than my built-in DAC.
Can you offer any insight or help?
