if most of the surround is still glued in place and the speaker's voice coil is not rubbing then you should be able to just re-glue the part that has come loose.you can get some "special" glue (from Parts Express or somewhere like that) and re-glue it, OR, just use Elmer's "carpenter" glue. Wipe off any excess at once. Hold the new piece of cardboard and surround down with clothes pins. Wait 24 hours. Reinstall the speaker in the cabinet. Enjoy.
