Marchand (http://www.marchandelec.com/) offers PLLXO kits with just such inductors. The inductors account for most of the cost of the kits. I'm not sure if they will sell the inductors without the kits.These are the only such inductors I have found, but Electra-Print (http://www.electra-print.com/) will wind anything you'd ever want.
Prices might be a bit higher, but the quality is first rate.
