Replace all of the electrolytics.

Electrolytic caps tend to dry out with age and there goes the capacitance. Replacing them is pretty cheap and good insurance. If you can, step up to film caps like Solen. They're more expensive but I believe the extra expensive is justified, especially in a series connection with mids and tweeters. Just make sure you get a voltage rating that meets or exceeds that of the originals and caps of the same value in micro farads and tolerance ratings as close to or greater than the old ones. If you can't get the exact values in uFd's, you can always parallel two caps (for example a 30uFd and a 3uFd) to get the values necessary.
