Without any technical data for the drivers, one cannot really recommend any enclosure volume, port tuning if a vented design is used, or much else.I know the BPS-100 was a bipolar sub and was a respectable sub at that.
If it were me with those drivers, I would contact API and see if they would release the drivers technical data. If they will, your well on your way and U would then need to build, or have one built, a suitable cabinet for the drivers.
If not, I would use them in an isobaric configuration in a 2.0 cubic foot well braced enclosure with one of the plate amps U listed.
