Cleaning IC Socket Holes?

Hello to all:

Does anyone have an effective method of cleaning
those (tiny) IC socket holes for op-amps? I know the
cleaning products, but how to get into the holes to
clean (I don't want to spray cleaner into the holes-
too messy on circuit boards)?
