Ping Jon Risch - Tricorner Absorbers

Hi Jon,
I was very happy with my DIY room treatments (4 bass absorbers, 3 panels) and then I went and asked for a db meter for Christmas! :) Now I am motivated to build more ...
I am planning to DIY some tricorner absorbers (ceiling/wall/wall) using a wood frame with 16" lengths on the outer triangle. Should the fiberglass be compressed for this use or just stuffed? Is an air space at the vertex necessary?
