Lovan Classic Rack - fill with lead shot/sand or try spray foam?

Hi there,

I have a Lovan classic rack. The tubes are fillable. I am debating if I should mass load the stand with lead shot and/or sand or go the low mass route and use spray foam instead.

Any input would be appreciated.
