You could always recalculate the low cutoff freq. to determine the effects, but you'd also have to change some other tuned RC circuits.
You will get much more benefit from a change in parts, both the cap and resistor than you will from the value of the cap.
Mills is #1 for that position in my book; no monkey coffins please:-).
As for the bypass cap try Cerafines or Nich. KZ's, of course if $ is no object... BGN. You could go with two, putting them in Yin/Yang config.
