The HyperFREDs and the Cree SiC Schottkys are both from Parts Connexion. There aren't any SiC complete bridges available yet that I can find, and the space is very limited in the Flying Mole, so I used the HyperFRED - I wonder what a SiC Schottky rectifier bridge would sound like...
