Alan: it would seem that after all the talk of spinach that this thread has reduced itself to that of technical trolling.Ha! That's too good. And it seems that those doing so have no real training in the art of trolling as well. They could have been-a contend-ah!
I cryo treat everything that I make. This cost a lot of money and time. I do it for no reason other than it provides gains in performance that cannot be achieved in any other way.
Kudos for that. I've been using a double-cryo process for nearly 5 years myself....all at -320F (where the rubber meets the road)....not at the higher vapor treatment temps that some (still) erroneously call "deep cryo treatment".
I have repeatedly offered naysayers on numerous forums to cryo treat items for free. Most of the time these offers are ignored. Funny the hardline guys who say they know so much have never taken the oportunity to so much as cryo treat a CD for free.
Of course....no surprise. I've done the same over the years with the Cable Cooker....rarely a taker. The 'technical trollers' seem to prefer complaining and casting aspersions rather than involving themselves in the wonderful process of discovery. They, of course, always want others to do the heavy lifting. It's equally unfortunate that some of the answers and information (for them) are not in a reference book. But then again to them, if it ain't in a book, it doesn't exist. But *we're* the ignorant ones because we have the actual experience....there's no winning those arguments.
Some wise person once said that there are only two kinds of people in this world, regular people and assholes. Stay away from the assholes.
That means I have to stay indoors even more than I already do....sheesh.
