I think has hit the nailon the head here.
There are just too many variables to predict the exact commercial "best buy".
A little diy-ing will at least get you understanding both what will make improvements to your system and what improvements you would like.
Many of the basics can be tried quite cheaply with a little ingenuity.
I would join with Pete in emphasising that anyjoin which isn't "soft" should be as rigis as possible.And would add that in my experience, one isolating layer seems to work better than several.So nice tight rigid coupling and an isolation layer keeping each component apart would be my choice.
I might make an exception for a sand box under the entire rack... confused? You will be!
