After having not bad but not perfect results with my wife' hairdryer, I want to buy a heatgun (used on ebay) to shrink tubing on Venhuas power cables I'm making. I notice some heat guns are lower temp (in the 400 degress F range or so), and others are more powerful heat pealers (750 F and up). For safety of other components, should I get a lower heat gun (not as common), or am I safe with one of the more powerful units running at 750 F?
