My design partner is a senior application engineer for the Power MOS-FET Division of Siemens Components. He currently is in Munich, he returns to the U.S. this weekend. Monday, I can have him to do a search of the Siemens data base, for cross references for the parts you list. I'll post the info no later than tuesday. This way there will be NO risk regarding the proper replacement.
