Rotating woofers in speakers

I have a pair of 15 year old ADS L1590 tower speakers with dual 10 inch woofers. Some stereo repair guy mentioned I should rotate them 180 degrees to make up for any sagging, esp. since ADS has a real small air space around the coil. Any opinions on this from anyone?
