I can't seem to solve your generic conjugate exactly with any proceedure except numerically. The closest approximation I've come up with is:

      0-----Lr-----Rr-----0

where:
   Lr ~ Sqrt[Ln*Rn/w2]
   Rr ~ Sqrt[Rn*Re]
