Robert is correct . The 'Mullard' 6SN7 thing is a misconception made by a lot of Ebay sellers too . If the tube was a Mullard it would have KB/D or KQDD government markings and etch codings . Mullard made the ECC31/2/3/4/5 series , none of these have direct equivalents by other manufacturers . Still the Brimar is a pretty good tube regardless , in fact my favourite UK made 6SN7 over the B65...FB
