Does anibody know of Vincent-t.a.c? They are a german brand manufacturing cheap integrateds, and I canÂ´t get any information about tweaks or peopleÂ´s opinion on them. I own what I am almost suee to be a rebadged version of their KT 88 integrated, only whith Svetlanas 6550 on the output ( 60 watts as pentode less than Half when switched to triodes wich I prefer), and are seriously looking for ways to improve their sound.They sound allright in voices, but bass is wooly and has no impact, is off pace, and highs seem to end at 16k or less, roobing the music of most of its shine. Also, stereo width is really on the narrow side even when compared to modest good sounding transisitors.They also have a little noise in some houses when you touch the volume ( upgraded to a blue alps- made a good difference), and you can here the cd when you switch to another source.So can you give me some help or tell me who will? I can read german too, maybe they will be able to help me , but I donÂ´t know how to contact them, or where to look.
