Hi,I don't think you'll have any problem attract buyers on ebay.
Mean, even if you 500+ feedbacks a lot of people would trust you as long as the 500+ feedbacks isn't all on tubes :-)
BTW: There is no big problem to rejuvernate a tube so that it can test fine for a while, and testing does just say part of what may be wrong. So a test - which to be useful must be done by the buyer as well - only rules out the most obvious problems. The rest is left to the buyers trust in the seller and if an tubetester makes an occational seller more trustable I think there is a lack in understanding on what tubetesters actually does.
