Why not check into the Antique Sound Labs Preamps. The AQ2004DT is carried by a dealer(www.soundhounds.com) here and it looks to be well built. I didn't have the time to listen but it should be good if this place is displaying it. $299.00US the newer LH-01 looks good too.Their integrateds have been very well reviewed but not too many on the preamps. ASL is better than Jolida in construction and in warranty(5 years over the Jolida 1year). http://www.divertech.com/antiquesl.html#PRE
