What is the damping factor or load impedence of ST-70

I'm reading how Damping factor at load impedence is important in rating an amp. How does the Dynaco amp rate and is it's distortion and IM respectable. How does it stand up againt, let's say SS marantz amps of the 60's and 70's. Would this be an indicator of tubes being better overall then SS amps or SS of that time being better?
