actually Antique Sound USA or ASUSA. They were basd out of Washington. I am not sure of the status of this company at this time. May be out of business.......but anyway.The PP1 was a tube phono stage for MM carts. It is actually a nice sounding unit if tubes are your thing. I do not think it compares with the Black Cube or some others as far as inner detail but a nice piece non-the-less. I did like it a bit better than the OBH-8 (I prefer tubes) but the OBH-8SE was more articulate.
If it's included in the deal, take it. If you don't like it you could always sell.
