Inexpensive tube preamp with remote

I'm looking for an inexpensive tube preamp with remote control (absolute must have, won't do without) to use with my MMF2.1/ Cambridge D500SE/ASL Wave/Paradox 1 setup.
You can tell from the associated components that bang-for-the-buck is the primary concern. Under $500 would be ideal and used is fine, too. I know about the ASL LH-01 but have yet to see if anyone has any experience with it. Any other suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
