Los cheap one,Flip the left channel pair of 7591A to the right side and vice versa. The weak channel should be on the right, now. If so---it's the power tubes. If not, it could be a phase inverter tube or gain stage tube.
Put the power tubes back into the original sockets and try flip-flopping the PI tubes. Then, the gain stage tubes---until you find the one that flips the weak channel to the other side.
As for the years (or months, for some tubes) which tubes last---system and user dependent. One tube may last years in one system, played the same number of hours, as the same tube in another system.
I know, a pretty 1/2-ass answer, but it's difficult to put exact hours of life onto a tube without knowing the system and use (or abuse).
