Sounds like you need to adjust the bias up just a hair.
Radio shack has a 12 dollar milliamp meter just pop it in to the
corresponding jack on the back of the amp and measure the Bias
225 to 275 MA is cool by turning the screw next to it and all lights should then be fine.
ps if you have no meter slowly turn screw until all Red LED light up. The LED next to tube is the correct choice
