When you call Cary, (919-481-4494) ask for Kirk, he is there customer service and fix-it guy. Sounds like a defective LED if you switched tubes and the the LED still does not come on and the tube that is supected of being bad is placed in another socket and then that LED functions fine. Also, when you do replace a bad tube, you must at least replace the tube that it is matched with. Did you not get an owners manual when you bought your Cary, if not Cary will supply you with one, this you should have........Bob
