thanks folks, i will check it out. will advise on what i find. now you got me wanting to get this thing going, i thought it was junk. it looks like a cheap integrated kit, except it doesn't look like the typical 'kit' solder job (usually its sloppy, i have a few like that). its in decent shape, prob. needs new tubes, it has EICO tubes by Mullard in it. many of the ceramic disc caps are 'bubbled', anyone know what that would indicate (high voltage or just from heat from an attic perhaps).
