I just wanted to let somebody know about this amazing line conditioner. I received my unit yesterday and noticed significant improvement in my Sonic Frontiers Power 2 immediately. The biggest difference is running temperature.
My amp is in a cabinet with a thermostatically controlled exhaust fan. Until the ExactPower, this fan would come on at idle, and stay on continuously. With the ExactPower, the amp runs AT LEAST 20 degrees cooler. After 1 hour of hard use the fan NEVER came on. This is a first. Additionally, I am in Los Angeles, and the power supply was iffy all day because of the heat wave (air conditioning is definately a two edged sword.)
Sound wise, the image cleared up tremendously. Bass response became more delineated (I have Quad 989'S) and deeper. Highs sweetened up considerably. In many ways, it was like getting a new amp.
In the past I have not been a beliver in line conditioning, but I certainly am now.
