What has hi-res TV for military applications have to do with musical presentation of a recording in your room? I mean, I'm thrilled he has all that diverse experience, but we are not talking missile systems, we are talking tube audio circuits that are designed to operate at optimal volatage and current. No, it's not a given. And it's not easy.Look, buy the amps since you think $30K is such a great idea. Love them. Believe that there is some intrinsic value in their price tag. Swear that they have gone where no amp has before.
I don't expect you to understand my point, because where your head is lodged precludes a broader view. You're a funny guy, just like the court fool. But an ability with humor (or sarcasm) doesn't mean you know what you are talking about. Continue your worship and tithe as you feel required at the altar of the High End.
