Yup (although in my case, it's a 302a).Replaced it with an Alps Blue, which just fits. Does it make a difference? Sure -- it's more transparent, and will probably track a whole lot better at the lower end, too. I run mine in shunt configuration, which improves things significantly more than simply upgrading the pot.
But having said that, my experience is that it is not the most cost effective upgrade you can make to your Jolida. For the $25-30 it will cost for an Alps Blue (or a Noble, etc), you can get a lot more bang by replacing the resistors with something like the Riken carbon films. Think of it this way -- with the pot, you are replacing one source of distortion and noise; by upgrading the resistors, you can replace, say, seven separate sources (per channel).
It turns out replacing the resistors is easier, too.
That's my couple of pennies, but its based on my experience replacing nearly every single component in my 302a over the past couple years (save the transformers :)
