Thanks for the assistance so far. Seems there isn't a cheap, easy to find replacement then. I have 16 of them in the amps and @ say $40 each. That's rather hefty! Not to mention that I probably need to do some matching, right?
About modifying them to use other tubes, I'm afraid that will also probably not be an option since I'm pretty hopeless when it comes to stuff like that. Sigh! May be end of the line when the present set runs out.
