What's latest on current 45 tubes?

I tried the search for can't find definite answers. I'm "this" close to ordering a custom 45 tube amp from either Electraprint or Korneff to drive my new 94 dB/7ohm flat speaker from 140 Hz up. Should be just enough power in that application...

My question is, which tube should I tell them to base the custom amp on? should I use Vaic 45(Need a batch of 10 to order?), AVVT 45(is it out yet? Not on their website), or stick to NOS 45 (do they sound better than new ones?) And how much are these tubes?
