If you are just looking for someone to test some tubes for you, you might try Audio Specialties, Ltd. The store is out on NE 102nd near Halsey.You might also try chasing down members of the Oregon Triode Society. I have heard that the organization is up and running again. Maybe someone at Positive Feedback can point you to the current contact person.
