Look on ebay to see what they have been going for. GEC KT66's are highly sought after--if in good condition they might go for somewhere around $50 each. New, they go for upwards of $100 from tube dealers. The 8417 is a little more esoteric and might be worth somewhere around $25-40 (new typically $50-75), but it would really help to test them on a tube tester.
