I just finished a commercially available tube amp/preamp kit, and the DIY bug has taken hold. I’ve narrowed down my next project to a 3 tube, 3 watt direct coupled amp (from “Practical Amplifier Diagrams,†Audio Amateur Express, Robin and Lipman, p 6.) However, I am having a difficult time locating one part: 20 ohm 5 watt center tap resistor (r-6 on the schematic.) Is there a good source for this part, or can I simply put two 10 ohm 5 watt in series and tap off the combined center leads? Any help is appreciated……Colin
