1) KT88, EL34 and like tubes bias at 200MA.
KT66 and similar tubes bias at 160MA.
2) AC Master Coupler not Reference Master Coupler
3) Stock 6922s are Sovtek, KT88s are Chinese , EL84s-EI
4) "Finally, I forgot to ask if the CAD-808 makes any noises of its own"
On my system, and the two others that I have heard it in, absolutely dead silent at full volume.
