Hi Bill: "PC" for power cords. I was looking into power supply upgrades for the amp (to improve bass response) but when I added a pair of the BMI Whale PC's (to the DAC and player - not even the amp, as I could not afford another one) the bass gained quite a bit of additional information, so I just settled with this improvement instead of pursuing mods and upgrades. From this I would guess that the amp was capable of better bass response all along, it just wasn't receiving the signal from the source material to do so. I was using the HT Pro 11 PC's before. I realize that many people are still skeptical of the impact that such things may have on a system, but I am a happy camper and the stock amp is still covered by the warranty. The Neuance shelving helped to further define the bass which is not the typical mushy type that I have heard from some other 300B setups. This is why I say, that with a little work (and a little matching) 300B tubes can pretty much have it all with the exception of full scale dynamics in my setup due to the room size and the speaker sensitivity.
